We watched Mum pack (charlie: actually Pandora pretended to be asleep - so Mum would think she didn't care), thinking that by using the Cat Stare we could persuade her to empty the suitcase again - but no........
When she settled down for a coffee we did the whole 'crowding the lap' thing, thinking maybe that would persuade her to stay........
We were very good, bit of sniffing, lots of purring and no fighting.....but no, she's still putting stuff in the suitcase.......
So I'm gonna sit on the draining board until she comes home!
Daddy's gonna look after us 'til Mum comes home. Good thing is we get extra snuggles from Daddy....!!

Poor fings. Werk the man fur extra treats. Look pathetic whenefur possible. And get lots of sleep. Mum will return faster that way.
If you scrunch down really small, you can probably hide in the suitcase. Then when she gets to Scotland, you can pop out and surprise her!
My human pet is planning on leaving in a couple of days herself. I hate it when she leaves too. I sulk and hardly eat anything. Don't do that whatever you do, Charlie and Pandora! Try to enjoy yourselves and throw a party!
Well at least your dad is staying with you. I hate it when the Mom and the Dad go away together. That means I'm stuck with the Brats all by myself. At least with the Dad he keeps them all away from me.
Well, hopefully you at least succeeded in making her feel guilty for leaving you even if she doesn't stay home? Maybe she'll bring you good presents from Scotland. Do they grow nip in Scotland?
My mom's going on vacation for 2 weeks starting tomorrow. Her brother will be cat sitting. I likes him alot so that's good yet I'll still miss my mommy.

You are so right about suitcases being bad. I believe that it is every cats' duty to pee in one if they see it lying on a bed.
